Service Hooks

Crashlytics makes it easy to share crash reports with a wide variety of other services, from bug trackers to chat rooms. These integrations are configurable so you can choose which impact level crashes trigger alerts and if you receive alerts for non-fatal issues.

Note

HipChat, JIRA, Pagerduty and Slack service hooks also have an integration with velocity alerts.

Troubleshooting

If you’re just setting up your integration for the first time and aren’t seeing crashes:

  1. Make sure you’re forcing a completely new issue. Any issue already in your dashboard will not trigger a push over to your new integration.
  2. Check the impact level that’s defined for your integration. Make sure the new crash you’re causing is at or above that level.
